      Hi Tim,

Below are Canadian references per TP 14850 for each question

      1. 7.1.2- Test must be repeated after each variation of design, material, or manner of construction of a container unless it is a variation permitted in chapter 8.

      3. 5.3.6.1 States that the year of manufacture must be represented by the last two digits of the year of manufacture.

      4. Similarly to The 49 CFR, there is no expiration date on combination packaging as long as design of the outer box adheres to 6.15.2.1.

      5. Unlike the 49 CFR requirements, If the design stays the same, re-testing every two years is not required. However, you are required to register and renew your design through Transport Canada per 10.5 and 10.7.
